We are looking for a confident, well-spoken individual who has an urgent sense of customer service.
The successful candidate will operate the helpdesk and log calls, support users with issues, and train users on our drag-and-drop mobile app platform (training will be provided).
You will also be required to make YouTube explainer videos for our channel.
